簡要描述:1.1KW1.5KWExdIIBT4防爆璧式崗位式風機軸流式通風機由防爆電機,片輪,風筒燈部分組成,。防爆電機外殼采用HT200鑄造成型,表面高壓靜電噴塑。風筒采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板焊接成型,葉片由鋁合金壓鑄成型,表面高壓靜電噴塑,導(dǎo)線通過引入裝置進入防爆電機,防爆電機內(nèi)外沒有節(jié)點螺釘,鋼管或電纜布線。

一、采用BT35防爆軸流風機,需在出風口中連接管道時,必須考慮與管道連接方式,以減少通風機的動壓在接管段因擴散
而造成的損失。
When connecting the pipes to the outlet of the BT35 explosion-proof axial flow fan, take account of the connection wayto reduce the losswhich caused by dynamic pressure of ventilator in the a connected pipe.
1.當管道 直徑與通風機桶相等時,管道的擴散損失可忽略不計(如圖1);
2.當 ≤1.5時而管道長度小于管內(nèi)徑5~8倍時,可不加擴散器(如圖2);
3.當1.5≤ <2.5時,管道與通風機應(yīng)安裝如圖所示型式之擴散器(如圖3);
4.當 >2.5時,管道與通風機應(yīng)安裝如圖所示型式之擴散器(如圖4)。
1.When the diameter of the pipe is equal to that of ventilator barrel, the lossof diffusion in pipecan be omitted(As shown in fig 1);
2.When ≤1.nd the pipe is 5~8 times shorter than the internal pipediameter,the diffuser can be unset(As shown in fig 2);
3.When 1.5≤ <2.5,the diffuser as shown in the diagram shall be fittedto the pipeand ventilator (As shown in fig 3);
4.When >2.5,the diffuser as shown in the diagram shall be fitted to thepipe andventilator (As shown in fig 4).
